The first time I invested in myself, I think I could have had an anxiety attack.

I went back and forth for weeks wondering if a simple online course could really be worth the money it cost. I was skeptical. I was worried. I was so unsure of it all, but something inside of me was telling me to do it. To enroll, pay in full and commit to the 12 weeks.

And honestly? It was one of the greatest things I've ever done. It was the first step in this beautiful, magical journey. It's been many, many years since that first course and I've only continued to grow (and invest in myself).

Sometimes I still get nervous to investing in myself. Sometimes I still feel skeptical. Sometimes I still feel so unsure about it but if I take a step back and let myself answer without all of the noise and chaos of my mind (and ego), then I find the answer is usually yes.

Just last week, I felt like this when investing money in some 1:1 sessions but when I stepped back and just let the answer land in my body naturally, it was a hell f*cking yes. So I logged on, I booked them in and paid in full.

Investing in yourself can be scary, like I just said, I've been there (and am still a frequent flyer), but I want to ask you to step back and let go of the noise and chaos and let the answer drop in. If it's a hell f*cking yes, trust that and make the booking.
