Join me as we dive into the world of stress.
Think of this workshop as a place to learn about your body's stress responses as well as learning how to work with your body safely to calm down.

This workshop could be the thing to change everything for you. The way you show up in life, the way you feel in life, the way you experience life. Everything.
We'll discuss its effects on our mind, body, and soul as well as the role of the nervous system, so you'll gain a newfound understanding of stress like never before.
​
But I know an understanding of stress isn't enough... you'll also be able to walk away with a range of stress reducing and coping techniques, including both preventative and in the moment techniques.
​
While live on the call, we will also do a stress exploration activity so as you walk away from the workshop, you will have a completely new understanding of your own stressors and your own strategies to manage the stress (think of this as your stress toolkit).

And of course, there will be time to answer any questions you have!

The workshop will run for 60 - 90 minutes long.

Absolutely! You will receive the link via email within 48 hours of the workshop being held.

Does the workshop include any 1:1 support?
This workshop will be held in a group format, whilst there will be time at the end of the workshop for Q&A, it is not considered a 1:1 session with personalised support. If you require this support, please book a counselling and coaching session.

I'm one of those gals that does it all - I'm a counsellor and wellbeing coach, I'm a writer, I'm a podcast host, I'm a lingerie biz owner, I do a little freelance marketing work and most importantly, I'm a mum to two beautiful little boys.
As I mentioned earlier, I've been there. During that decade of unfortunate events that were my life, I thought things would never change. I'd experienced more trauma in 10 years than most people would experience in their entire life.
I thought the 'bad luck' would continue and life wouldn't ever change, but it did change. It changed when I changed and when I decided to love, support and forgive all three aspects of me: my mind, my body, and my soul.

It's possible that you may be struggling with self-hatred, uncertainty about your place in the world, feeling lost and struggling under the weight of it all. You might constantly compare yourself to others and daydream about a future where everything clicks into place and you live a purposeful existence. But there's another way.
