Mindful Sessions are not your typical self-help routine. Each session with me brings a fresh and restorative experience, offering you new ways to deepen your relationship with yourself and with life.

I weave a unique blend of love-infused energetic support, transformative meditations, empowering journaling prompts and writing exercises, and the guidance of card readings or crystal pendulums. It's not just a session; it's a holistic experience designed to support your mind, body, and soul.


You can expect to walk away from our intimate 30-minute session together with less stress and tension, a deeper connection to yourself and your life, and an embodiment of peace, contentment and ease.


I'm Shorina and I'm the Counsellor & Wellbeing Coach behind Mindful Soul Collective. I work with a range of wonderful people (all genders and ages over 14) to help them leave that dark place - you know the one where everything feels horrible and nothing seems to be going your way? Yep, that one. 

I work with you to adopt a holistic whole-body approach and address all three parts of us - the mind, the body and the soul. This leads to a complete whole-body experience of life - envision the happiest, healthiest, and most purposeful version of yourself.


By working with me, you can expect to learn the foundational pieces to supporting your mental health and wellbeing, embrace nervous system support and mindfulness, heal trauma, dive deep to release old stories and any beliefs that are holding you back, heal somatically and create a life that feel genuinely amazing.

There really is no other way to describe it. You will feel more confident, happier, healthier and understand yourself (and life) in more ways than one. ​

Sessions with me are you-centred, this means we address whatever you bring to the session and if you need guidance on where to begin, I'm there to help with that too. Here's a fun little metaphor that may help you understand this process; imagine we're in a car together and you're driving. I can make suggestions on where to go, I can recommend music to listen to and ways to drive the car, but ultimately, you're the one driving. You're the one in control.

I stumbled across Shorina’s insta page by accident, in fact I thought it was a holistic/crystal insta page that posted a ‘feel good’ post every now and then. Coincidently, the day I found Shorina’s Instagram I woke up like I had most days for the past 3 years feeling sad, physically, and emotionally drained, distant from myself and everyone around me but most of all, utterly lost in life.

I think the sentence I used in our first session was “the constant feeling of impending doom” – dark, I know. To give you an idea, just in case the “impending doom” wasn’t enough, for a while I felt like I was stuck on the same chapter in my life and never moving forward. We had to uncover a lot and boy, did we do that!

I went into our sessions with the mindset that it couldn’t get any worse than this and that I was at my lowest point. So, I made a decisive decision for the first time ever that didn’t involve anyone else, I chose me.

Shorina helped me through the biggest challenges, fears and insecurities of my life, she help me understand my thought process/hard wiring and helped with the declutter, she challenged every single negative thought I gave her and helped me see a different perspective, but what I’m most grateful for amongst all the other beautiful lessons she has gifted to me, she showed me how to take care of me, even if that meant asking how much water I had drank this week, the basics, the fundamentals of life. For me, these were more than just counselling sessions, they were more than just talking about what’s going on in life, these sessions were massive life lessons, and they truly were and are life changing and I am so grateful to know Shorina. It really does get better. I 1000% recommend Shorina to anyone.

your safe space for healing

I'm one of those gals that does it all - I'm a counsellor and wellbeing coach, I'm a writer, I'm a podcast host, I'm a lingerie biz owner, I do a little freelance marketing work and most importantly, I'm a mum to two beautiful little boys.

As I mentioned earlier, I've been there. During that decade of unfortunate events that were my life, I thought things would never change. I'd experienced more trauma in 10 years than most people would experience in their entire life.


I thought the 'bad luck' would continue and life wouldn't ever change, but it did change. It changed when I changed and when I decided to love, support and forgive all three aspects of me: my mind, my body, and my soul.

It's possible that you may be struggling with self-hatred, uncertainty about your place in the world, feeling lost and struggling under the weight of it all. You might constantly compare yourself to others and daydream about a future where everything clicks into place and you live a purposeful existence. But there's another way.

It can be different. It can be better. - Do I need a referral?

No. You can access my support without needing to wait long periods or seeing your GP!

- Do you bulkbill or offer any Medicare rebates?

Unfortunately no, Medicare does not recognise counsellors or coaches under their scheme.

- How long are your sessions?

Mindful Sessions are 30-minutes long.

- Are sessions confidential?

Yes, all sessions are confidential, though there are a few reasons I may need to break confidentiality, they are: if I believe you are at harm to yourself or others or if I am subpoenaed by law.

- What days do you work?

Sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

- Do you have any after-hours appointments?

Yes, I work Tuesday evenings.

- What if I can't find a time that suits me on your website?
