I think it’s so easy for us to look at our lives and feel engulfed in shame, guilt, pain and darkness. Especially for people who are ‘like’ me and have had their fair share of BS from the Universe.


But what if we can start looking at our life as experiencing beautiful lessons, incredible experiences and huge growth? What if we can stop feeling guilty for the things we said and done? What if we can look at the painful events we went through and only see it with love and empathy? What if we stop all of the negative connotations and replace them with beautiful positives?


If we could all do that, we would all be so much f*cking happier.


I know this can seem easier said than done, I get it, I really do but it starts with just changing one thought in your mind. Just one. And then another. And another. And then keep going with it. That’s how you start.
