are you stuck in a rut?

Have you felt like you've been stuck in a rut lately? I feel you... Here is what I’ve been doing to shake myself out of it!

~ reading more; I re-read some of my favourite books and done all of the exercises again

~ shadow work; I’ve been doing a lot more deep work lately trying to get to the bottom and solve a few things that seem to keep coming up. Shadow work is often missed because it can be tough, but it can also be super freeing

~ get outdoors more; I am currently away with my family in our caravan and come home tomorrow, nothing beats it for me

~ deep breathing; connecting to my breath and practising deep breathing multiple times during the day has been ahhh-mazing

~ practising gratitude throughout the day; saying thank you (to myself, the universe, whatever is right for you) for all meals, every sale or booking I get, the beautiful day outside, fresh air, my kids playing nicely, my clothes, literally everything I can possibly think of

~ working in a way that feels good; I’ve stopped doing things simply because I ‘should’. I want to work in alignment and provide content that has come from my soul and heart, not created in a rush simply because I ‘should’ be posting today.
