Where are you storing your trauma and pain? Where are you shoving it in your body and telling yourself that you feel okay and it doesn’t matter?


Because I’m here to tell you that it does matter. Please stop putting your pain to the side because the more you do that, the more space it takes up inside of you. You are creating a body full of tired, old pain and it will come out one day.


It will come out when you’re overloaded, exhausted and not able to handle it as well as another day where you have created the support around you to deal with it.


Let yourself feel the pain. Let yourself experience the emotions that arise. Allow yourself to process it, heal it and let it go.
