Get out of your head and into your body.
It’s so easy for us to get caught up in our head. We worry about to-do lists, errands and cleaning. We worry about clients, meetings and deadlines. And my god, do we worry about our kids.
The truth is, we usually don’t stop worrying, but we can make it feel a lot easier by getting out of our heads and into our bodies.
You can do this by walking, dancing, body scanning, stretching, breathwork, playing a sport or going to the gym.
When we move our body, our mind will become less heavy.
