Neutral, non-judgmental and supportive relationship between professional and client
Life-changing
I utilise tools from both the counselling and coaching space because I know there is value from both areas. Both counselling and coaching impacted my life in incredible ways!
These lists are absolutely not exhaustive, and I could have gone on for days. Some counsellors or coaches may also believe they are different again, depending upon their specialities and focuses but this is a really simple way to compare the two and how I like to differentiate them!
