Working hard can be common. Feeling anxious can be common. Being unhappy with our lives can be common. Staying in unhealthy relationships (including friendships) can be common. Putting ourselves last and burning out can be common.
Just because something is common, doesn't mean it has to be your 'normal'.
You get to create your normal.
You get to create a life where feeling sick with anxiety every day is not normal for you. You get to say goodbye to partners or friends who treat you poorly because it is not normal for you. You start prioritising yourself and no longer burn-out because anything else is not normal for you.
This involves deeper work. This involves working through, processing and healing parts of ourselves. But once you do it? Your normal is so much more fun. It's SO much more fun.
