the moment i knew i was meant to lead.

The moment I knew I was meant to lead wasn’t loud. It wasn’t wrapped in applause or validation. It didn’t come after a major milestone or a perfectly executed plan. It arrived quietly, in the stillness of an ordinary moment that, in hindsight, would change everything.
I was sitting across from a client, holding space for her as she gently began to unravel. She was saying the words she had never spoken out loud before, her voice trembling with truth. There was no script. No performance. Just raw, unfiltered honesty rising to the surface. And I remember feeling it in my body, that quiet shift when something meaningful is happening. Not just for her, but for me too.
Because I wasn’t doing anything fancy. I wasn’t offering grand advice or trying to steer her somewhere. I wasn’t teaching or guiding in the traditional sense. I was simply there. Fully present. Heart open. Rooted. With her, not above her. Beside her, not ahead of her.
And something within me whispered, so softly I almost missed it. This is it. This is what leadership looks like. Not performance. Not perfection. Not pretending to have it all together. But presence. Integrity. Truth.
That whisper turned into a knowing. A deep, anchored sense of purpose that no longer needed external confirmation. It wasn’t about becoming someone else or ticking off a checklist of what a leader should look like. It was about remembering who I already was.
I realised in that moment that leadership had never been about being the loudest or the most polished. It was about being willing to meet people in their humanity. To hold space, not just for their transformation, but for their becoming. And to do so in a way that feels safe, sacred, and real.
From that day forward, something softened in me. And something also strengthened.
I stopped waiting to feel “ready.” I stopped holding myself back because I hadn’t reached some arbitrary version of “enough.” I stopped trying to mimic the blueprints or voices of others who looked the part. Because I could finally see that the path I was meant to walk wasn’t paved by someone else’s footsteps, it was one I would need to build myself, with my story, my values, my lived experience as the guide.
I began leading from a different place. Not strategy first, but soul first. Not from pressure or performance, but from presence and purpose. And that one small moment, so quiet, so easy to overlook, became the foundation of everything I now teach and share and hold space for.
Because the truth is, we don’t need more performative leadership. We don’t need more pressure to build fast or look impressive online. We need depth. We need leaders who are rooted in their truth, who know how to hold space without needing to dominate it. We need leadership that looks like honesty, like alignment, like a steady heartbeat when everything else feels overwhelming.
My work as a holistic counsellor, a coach, a mentor, and a business guide is not separate from my story, it’s shaped by it.
I know what it feels like to doubt yourself. I know the ache of wondering if you’re cut out for it, if your voice matters, if you’re allowed to do things differently. I know the fear of stepping out of the boxes you’ve been placed in, especially when those boxes once felt like safety. I know what it’s like to feel too soft for this world, and yet too strong to stay small.
I’ve walked through abandonment, abuse, chronic illness, motherhood, and burnout. I’ve rebuilt my life from places most people never see. And through it all, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about what you’ve achieved. It’s about how deeply you’re willing to know yourself. To honour your truth. To lead in a way that feels like home.
Now, this is the kind of space I hold for others who are ready to do the same.
Business, for me, isn’t just about income or impact. It’s about intimacy. It’s about creating something that reflects the truth of who you are, not just the trends of the moment. It’s about building a business that feels like a natural extension of your soul, not a constant performance for approval.
I work with people who are tired of the pressure. Who are craving depth, spaciousness, and alignment. People who want to run their business in a way that honours their nervous system, their story, and their season of life. People who are no longer interested in performing, and are more interested in becoming.
Because you don’t need to be louder to be seen. You don’t need to push harder to succeed. You don’t need to follow someone else’s script to be valid. You can lead from exactly where you are, with tenderness, with integrity, with your truth as the compass.
This kind of leadership is powerful, not because it demands attention, but because it radiates authenticity. It’s the kind of leadership that builds trust, that creates real change, that holds others in their becoming without losing yourself in the process.
So if you’re sitting with the quiet knowing that you were made for more, but the “more” you’re craving isn’t louder, it’s deeper, then I see you.
If you’re holding dreams that don’t fit inside the traditional mould, and you’re wondering if there’s a way to lead and serve and grow without burning yourself out, the answer is yes.
There is a different way. A slower, softer, truer way. A way that honours your story. A way that allows your sensitivity to be a strength, not a setback. A way that welcomes your wholeness, your light and your shadow, and weaves it all into something meaningful.
A space where you get to show up fully as you are. Not with a mask. Not with a strategy that doesn’t fit. But with your truth at the centre.
Together, we explore what your version of success really looks like. We unravel the conditioning that’s told you it has to be hard, fast, or perfect. We rebuild from a place of alignment, where your business becomes a reflection of your values, your voice, your vision.
We create structure without rigidity. Strategy without sacrificing your soul. Growth that honours your nervous system and your boundaries. And a foundation that allows you to show up fully without losing yourself in the process.
Because business should feel like something you get to live in, not something you’re constantly surviving. It should feel like a homecoming, not a performance.
And you deserve to feel that. You deserve to feel proud of what you’re building, not just because it looks good, but because it feels right.
If this speaks to you, I would be honoured to walk beside you.
Not as someone who has it all figured out. But as someone who has lived, loved, lost, and led from the deepest places of truth. As someone who believes in your voice, your vision, and the work your soul came here to do.
We weren’t made to do this alone. And we weren’t made to follow someone else’s path. You get to create something that is entirely your own.
And when you do, when you lead from that place, it changes everything.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be willing to come home to yourself.
Let’s build the kind of business your soul has been craving. The kind that feels like truth. The kind that feels like you.
