Energy holds the imprints of everything we’ve lived through. The heartbreaks we silenced. The fear we pushed down. The parts of ourselves we left behind in moments that were too much, too fast, or too painful to fully feel. While the mind tries to make sense of it and the body tries to hold it, the energy quietly carries it all, waiting for a moment of release.

This is why energy healing matters. Because sometimes, words aren't enough. Sometimes, the body is too tired to keep going. And sometimes, the deepest healing comes not from doing more, but from softening, opening, and allowing the energy to shift. That is what this work offers. Your energy is the thread that weaves through every part of you, mind, body, and soul. It holds the echoes of your past, the emotions you’ve buried, the parts of yourself you’ve forgotten, and the strength you’ve carried without even realising. When your energy is out of balance, stuck, or scattered, it can feel like you’ve lost your spark, your clarity, or your sense of self.

In energy healing, we begin gently. We meet the mind with compassion, not to analyse or fix, but to soften the stories that have shaped you. The beliefs you’ve carried. The patterns that no longer serve you. When your thoughts are acknowledged with love, they begin to shift.

We then invite the body into the process. This is where your energy often holds the unspoken. The grief, the tension, the fear that wasn’t safe to feel at the time. We don’t force anything. We simply listen. We support the body to release, reset, and remember how to feel safe again.

And finally, we connect with the soul. The part of you that knows who you are beneath it all. The part that has always been whole. Energy healing opens a clear, quiet path to that place within you, where you feel connected, grounded, and at peace.

but, what is energy healing?

Energy healing is the practice of working with your body’s energetic field to support deep emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. It’s grounded in the understanding that everything is energy. Your thoughts, your emotions, your body, even the experiences you’ve lived through. When this energy becomes blocked, stagnant, or overwhelmed, it can affect how you feel, how you function, and how connected you are to yourself.

You may not always be able to explain it, but you’ve probably felt it. The lingering heaviness after a heartbreak. The tension in your shoulders from years of holding it all together. The deep exhaustion that doesn’t lift, no matter how much you rest. These are energetic imprints, signs that something within you is holding more than it’s able to process alone.

Energy healing gently clears what no longer serves you, calls back the parts of you that feel disconnected, and creates space for clarity, peace, and reconnection. It’s not about pushing or fixing. It’s about listening to what your body and soul are asking for and guiding that shift.

And perhaps the most beautiful part? This work doesn’t have to be done in person. Energy moves beyond time and space, it’s not bound by physical distance. Just as you can feel someone’s presence in a room without them speaking, or sense when someone you love is thinking of you, energy travels. In a distant session, I connect with your energy field intentionally and safely, tuning in to exactly what you need in that moment. It’s just as powerful, just as supportive, and often even more freeing, because you get to receive in the comfort of your own space.

There is nothing you need to do, nothing you need to be. Just a willingness to be supported in a way that reaches the places words often can’t.

I’m here to guide you through a deeply nourishing, whole-self approach to healing. One that honours your mind, your body, and your soul. This work isn’t about ticking boxes or chasing perfection. What exactly is energy healing?
Energy healing is a gentle, intuitive process that works with the body’s energetic system to release what’s no longer serving you and invite in what you most need like clarity, grounding, emotional safety, deep presence, or simply a return to yourself. It’s not about doing more or fixing what's broken. It’s about softening into what’s already within you, clearing the noise, and creating space for healing.

How do I prepare for my session?
You don’t need to prepare anything specific, but I do recommend choosing a quiet space where you feel safe, relaxed, and undisturbed. It can be helpful to set an intention for the session or reflect on what’s been coming up for you, this gives me a place to begin. Otherwise, just come as you are.

What do I do during the session?
This is your time to fully receive. Most clients lay down comfortably with eyes closed, as if they were doing a meditation or a relaxation exercise. You don’t need to focus or do anything in particular. Just be open and allow yourself to rest while the energy does what it needs to do.

Can energy healing really be done distantly?
Yes. Energy is not bound by time or location, it can move and be felt regardless of distance. In distant sessions, I connect to your energy field and begin the work from there. Clients consistently report deep shifts, sensations, and clarity, even when we’re not in the same room. You’ll receive exactly what you need, no matter where you are.

What kinds of things can energy healing support with?
These sessions can help with emotional overwhelm, anxiety, burnout, stuckness, grief, heaviness, inner child wounds and feeling disconnected or ungrounded. It can also help you reconnect with your body, restore your nervous system, integrate past trauma, or call back parts of you that feel scattered or lost. Every session is different, because every person is different.

How long are the sessions?
All sessions are 50 minutes long. You’ll have time at the beginning to share anything on your heart, and time at the end to ground and reflect. These sessions are held over Zoom.

Do I receive anything after the session?
There are no after-session emails included with energy healing sessions, as the focus is on what happens in your body and system during the session itself. You are welcome to rest or journal afterwards to help process anything that came through.

What modalities are included in your energy healing sessions?
Every session is different, but I may draw on a blend of intuitive guidance, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, energy channeling, parts work, grounding practices to name a few. I don’t follow a strict protocol, I follow your energy. I don’t manipulate, I guide. The energy will only ever move in a way that is safe and supportive for you.

What if I have questions before or after?
You’re welcome to reach out before your session with any questions. After your session, I recommend allowing yourself space to rest and integrate what’s come up, but if anything urgent arises, you're always welcome to send a message.

Do you offer energy healing for children or groups?
At this time, all energy healing sessions are 1:1 and designed for adults.

You can book online through the booking link provided. Availability is limited and offered on select days, so if nothing is currently open, I recommend joining the waitlist to be notified when new sessions are released.

i've been there too.

I understand your challenges, because I’ve lived through them myself. For years, I felt stuck in a relentless cycle of hardship and pain. I know what it’s like to feel buried by life’s struggles.

 

My life included every low point you could imagine: living alone at 14, enduring abusive relationships, losing my home to a storm, surviving a car accident that left me with a lifelong back injury, battling severe burnout, and experiencing traumatic births with my two children. It felt overwhelming and impossible to escape.

For nearly a decade, I moved from one traumatic experience to the next, without any sense of relief. To be honest, I didn't think I’d make it to 20 years old.

 

I was filled with self-hate, resentment, and exhaustion, and I often turned that pain inward, with self-harm and eventually an attempt to end my life. I was depressed, anxious, and completely lost, so when I say I understand the lowest of lows, I truly mean it.

Then, one day, I woke up and something shifted. I decided that I had had enough. I was tired of carrying all that pain, of feeling exhausted and trapped in a life that didn’t bring me joy or peace. I was done with allowing others to treat me poorly and with all the self-hate that had become my daily reality. I was ready for something different. I wanted to experience life in a new way, and I was willing to commit fully to change.

That decision became a turning point in my life. I promised myself I’d prioritise my own wellbeing and approach life differently. From that day forward, I committed to healing and growth, step by step. Over time, everything transformed. I discovered a life filled with meaning, self-respect, and a deep sense of peace.

now, i use my experiences to help others find their way out of the darkness, to heal and grow. i’m here to show you that real change is possible, no matter how impossible it might seem. together, we’ll work to help you build a life that feels deeply fulfilling, joyful, and aligned with who you truly are.

I stumbled across Shorina’s insta page by accident, in fact I thought it was a holistic/crystal insta page that posted a ‘feel good’ post every now and then. Coincidently, the day I found Shorina’s Instagram I woke up like I had most days for the past 3 years feeling sad, physically, and emotionally drained, distant from myself and everyone around me but most of all, utterly lost in life.

I think the sentence I used in our first session was “the constant feeling of impending doom” – dark, I know. To give you an idea, just in case the “impending doom” wasn’t enough, for a while I felt like I was stuck on the same chapter in my life and never moving forward. We had to uncover a lot and boy, did we do that!

I went into our sessions with the mindset that it couldn’t get any worse than this and that I was at my lowest point. So, I made a decisive decision for the first time ever that didn’t involve anyone else, I chose me.

Shorina helped me through the biggest challenges, fears and insecurities of my life, she help me understand my thought process/hard wiring and helped with the declutter, she challenged every single negative thought I gave her and helped me see a different perspective, but what I’m most grateful for amongst all the other beautiful lessons she has gifted to me, she showed me how to take care of me, even if that meant asking how much water I had drank this week, the basics, the fundamentals of life. For me, these were more than just counselling sessions, they were more than just talking about what’s going on in life, these sessions were massive life lessons, and they truly were and are life changing and I am so grateful to know Shorina.
