Extended Support is a month of grounded, in-the-moment WhatsApp support, giving you direct access to me for thoughtful check-ins, voice notes, and guidance so you are not navigating life, healing or business on your own.

You do not need to be having regular sessions with me to have Extended Support.

Extended Support is for those who want grounded, in-the-moment support while navigating life, healing, relationships, or business. It is especially supportive if you find that things come up between sessions and you do not want to default to overthinking, self-abandonment, or relying solely on friends who love you but cannot always hold the full picture. This space offers continuity, containment, and professional support woven into your everyday life.

Your Mind is where your thoughts, beliefs, stories, and emotional patterns live. It’s the part of you that has learned how to survive, shaping how you see yourself, how you move through the world, and what you believe you’re worthy of.

 

This is where we gently explore the layers of conditioning, the limiting beliefs, and the emotional responses you’ve carried, many since childhood. It’s not about fixing or controlling your mind, but understanding it with compassion, creating space for awareness, emotional regulation, and softening the stories that no longer serve you.

Your Body is where everything unspoken lives. The emotions you couldn’t process, the trauma you didn’t have the tools to hold, the heaviness you’ve carried without even realising. Your body remembers what your mind has tried to forget. It stores tension, grief, fear, and pain in the muscles, the gut, the chest, anywhere it can.

 

Body work is about reconnecting with yourself, creating safety within, learning to listen to what your body is trying to tell you, and gently allowing release. It’s where healing moves from something you think about, to something you truly feel and embody.

Your Soul is your truest self, the part of you that has always been whole, even when life made you forget. It’s not about becoming someone new, but about slowly, tenderly, peeling back the layers until you remember who you’ve always been beneath the survival, the pain, and the stories.

 

Soul work is where you meet yourself again, where you hear the quiet whispers of your deepest truth, and where you finally feel at home within yourself. This is the part of you that holds meaning, connection, and the reminder that you were never broken, you were always worthy.

i've been there too.

I understand your challenges, because I’ve lived through them myself. For years, I felt stuck in a relentless cycle of hardship and pain. I know what it’s like to feel buried by life’s struggles.

 

My life included every low point you could imagine: living alone at 14, enduring abusive relationships, losing my home to a storm, surviving a car accident that left me with a lifelong back injury, battling severe burnout, and experiencing traumatic births with my two children. It felt overwhelming and impossible to escape.

For nearly a decade, I moved from one traumatic experience to the next, without any sense of relief. To be honest, I didn't think I’d make it to 20 years old.

 

I was filled with self-hate, resentment, and exhaustion, and I often turned that pain inward, with self-harm and eventually an attempt to end my life. I was depressed, anxious, and completely lost, so when I say I understand the lowest of lows, I truly mean it.

Then, one day, I woke up and something shifted. I decided that I had had enough. I was tired of carrying all that pain, of feeling exhausted and trapped in a life that didn’t bring me joy or peace. I was done with allowing others to treat me poorly and with all the self-hate that had become my daily reality. I was ready for something different. I wanted to experience life in a new way, and I was willing to commit fully to change.

That decision became a turning point in my life. I promised myself I’d prioritise my own wellbeing and approach life differently. From that day forward, I committed to healing and growth, step by step. Over time, everything transformed. I discovered a life filled with meaning, self-respect, and a deep sense of peace.

now, i use my experiences to help others find their way out of the darkness, to heal and grow. i’m here to show you that real change is possible, no matter how impossible it might seem. together, we’ll work to help you build a life that feels deeply fulfilling, joyful, and aligned with who you truly are.

I first connected with Shorina during a particularly challenging time, and her support was a genuine turning point for me. She helped me shift patterns that felt stuck in ways that have continued to last. Out of all the conversations we’ve had, and there have been quite a few over time, nothing has ever not landed. I’ve really appreciated that.

I’ve appreciated her insight, her input, and the challenges. Some of it used to really shit me, especially the whole having to feel things part. That used to frustrate me the whole time. But it doesn’t anymore, because now it actually makes sense. There were also times where you definitely held the line, and that was important too.

The Extended WhatsApp Support and check-ins have been instrumental. I really hope other people take up that opportunity with you, because you deliver far beyond what a commercial service would normally offer. Obviously you pay money for it, but the value is hard to measure. Immeasurable is probably a better word.

The WhatsApp support helped me stop relying so much on my friends and family, which created healthier boundaries and relationships. That made a big difference.

There’s strength in clarity. When you’ve got something to hang onto, you can get through anything. I had that when I was younger, then lost it for a long time. Getting that back feels like being in a storm but having a strong mast and a steady captain. You can move through it. Without that, everything just feels uncomfortable. Working with Shorina helped me find that again.

What does Extended Support involve?

Extended Support is a month of grounded, in-the-moment WhatsApp guidance. It’s designed for those who want professional support woven into their everyday life as they navigate challenges, healing, or growth. You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp, with approximately 2 thoughtful responses each day, typically in the morning and afternoon (exact times may vary depending on my schedule and client load). This space is perfect for voice notes, reflections, questions, emotional processing, or simply having someone walk alongside you as life unfolds. Think of it as having professional support in your pocket, helping you move through things with presence, care, and clarity. Spaces are limited each month so I can show up fully for everyone I work with.

What modalities are used in Extended Support?

While this isn’t a formal session, my support draws on the same holistic, trauma-informed tools I use in counselling and coaching. This includes somatic practices, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, inner child work, emotional healing techniques and other tools as needed. The support is tailored to you and your moment-to-moment needs, rather than a rigid structure.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed. You can start Extended Support immediately without waiting or going through your GP.

Is this service covered by Medicare or bulk-billing?

Unfortunately not. Medicare does not currently recognise counselling or coaching services under their scheme.

Are messages confidential?

Yes. All conversations are confidential. The only exceptions are if I believe you may be at risk of harm to yourself or others, or if I am legally required to disclose information.

How long does Extended Support last?

Extended Support runs for a full month, with ongoing check-ins each business day. You can choose to add it onto existing sessions or purchase it as a standalone offering.

What days is support available?

I respond to messages on business days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday), with thoughtful guidance provided each day within the parameters outlined above. Please note, replies on Friday are typically a little slower than other days.

Do you offer couples support via WhatsApp?

Extended Support is offered individually for personal or professional support and is not designed for couples.
