make yourself a priority

Make yourself a priority.

I have a lot to say. I have a lot of things I want to put out into the world and I have a lot of things I want to help other women learn and embody, but the number one thing I will always come back to is making yourself a priority.

I am a mum of 2, I am engaged and I have 2 businesses but my number one priority is myself.

Of course my kids, my partner and my businesses are SO important to me, but if I don't take care of myself first then I can't be the mother I want to be, I can't be the partner I want to be and I can't be the business owner and counsellor I want to be. Putting myself as the number 1 priority allows me to show up how I want to show up in all of the other areas in my life.

As women, we are accustomed to putting ourselves last. Especially as mums! It was a habit I had to break and it took time to switch things up so if this is something you think you need to work on too, please know you don't need to do it alone! I am available to work 1:1 with and together we can make sure you are prioritising yourself so all areas of your life are blossoming 🌹
