Our bodies communicate with us through sensations, feelings, symptoms and emotions. These whispers are often shown to us as physical discomfort or tension, emotional unease or even intuitive nudges, but there are soo many ways the whispers are communicated.


We need to start tuning into those whispers so we can create a deeper understanding and awareness of our own physical, emotional and mental states. This involves slowing down, quieting our mind and creating the space to actually listen to our bodies.


If we ignore or neglect the whispers, they will escalate into much worse issues. They could escalate to be chronic health issues, emotional distress, a decreased quality of life, a loss of trust with our own body, strained relationships and missed opportunities for healing.


We need to listen to the whispers. We need to pay attention when the messages are being given to us subtly. Don't allow the whispers to become screams... 🩶
