I cried for about 20 minutes today... and I don’t know why.

I got home from a busy day of work and just felt down. My youngest, Wyatt, wanted me to put him to sleep (for the 100th night in a row - Dad isn’t allowed to help) and I sat there and just started to cry.

As I type this, a few hours later, I don’t know what it is was about, but I’m also choosing to not make it mean anything. I’m a human who had emotions and chose to let them out and it was an amazing release.

If you’ve ever worked with me and have cried in a session, you know how I’m ALL of crying. I think it’s so important for us to let our emotions out instead of holding them in.

Next time you want to cry, let yourself without judgement, shame or trying to add meaning. Let the emotions out and see what happens next for you.
