hurt to healed: your inner child's journey to safety, peace and joy

  • 15 Steps
A$88.00

A three-week guided journey to reconnect with your inner child, reparent yourself with love, and embody your healing in everyday life. There comes a time in your healing where you realise that no amount of self-improvement, mindset shifts, or surface-level practices will touch the ache you carry deep inside. The ache that comes from wounds you didn’t choose. The ache that formed long before you had words to name it. The ache of your inner child still waiting, quietly, patiently, to be seen, heard, and held. Hurt to Healed was created for that moment. The moment where you’re finally ready to stop running, to soften, and to turn inward, to meet the part of you that has been carrying everything. This is not just another course filled with information for your mind. It’s an experience. A return. An invitation to reconnect with the child you once were and begin holding them in the way no one ever taught you to. Because healing your inner child isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who you had to be. - Hurt to Healed is a self-paced, three-week guided journey designed to take you through the foundational layers of inner child healing: Understanding, Reparenting, and Embodying. Each week, you’ll receive a deeply grounding and insightful audio training (30–45 minutes), a powerful guided meditation or energy activation, and a set of reflective prompts and practices to help you integrate what’s rising. The content is released gradually over three weeks so you can move through the work slowly and intentionally, with space to feel, reflect, and reconnect. You’ll also have lifetime access, so you can revisit the content whenever your inner child needs to be held again.
