Each day, you’ll receive a simple task focused on supporting your mind, body, and environment. From creating healthier boundaries to clearing clutter, journaling, resting, walking mindfully, and nurturing joy, each task is designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected. You can expect to spend around 20–30 minutes a day on each task, though many are shorter. The focus is on simplicity, consistency, and reconnecting with yourself in ways that are actually doable. By the end of the 21 days, you’ll feel more aligned in your everyday life.
