Today I let myself be a victim

Mindfulness, Mind, Body, Soul Wellness & Healing | Counsellor & Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach in Newcastle Australia

Today I let myself be a victim.

I had some frustrating things happen. Things that made me feel all sorts of feelings

and really turn my day upside down.

I'm now pulling myself out of that. I'm allowed to have ups and downs. Everybody is It's normal. It's natural and it's so okay.

Today was a big down.

But I know I'll be okay because I always am No matter what happens, I'm okay.

I'm grateful to have the tools, techniques and practises I have to be able to bring myself

back from it.

I'm feeling much better right now and I know tomorrow when I wake up, I'll be feeling even

better again.

Do you have your own tools, techniques and practises to bring you back from these

moments? For me, that meant I….

✨went on a huge walk

✨done some breath work

✨had a cry (I love having a cry when I need haha)

✨spoke to my support team

✨done some serious journaling

✨and I'm about to drink a beautiful bone broth and read a book

Your tools, techniques and practises don't need to be anything crazy or out there. Just things that shift your energy when you need it.

This is something I love working with clients on creating so when they're in difficult periods, they have something to lean on!

I love feeling human emotions. Whether their big or small, being human is wonderful ✨

And I especially love sharing my beautiful, sometimes overwhelming humanness with

you all too, because I'm not perfect and I never want you to think I am.

If you would like to talk about managing your beautiful, sometimes overwhelming humanness too, let's talk about working together!

With love & support,
