
Our mind wants to keep us safe.
It knows one way of living. The way it’s always known. So when we try and challenge that by doing something different, thinking different thoughts or doing different things then our mind is going to tell us it’s unsafe.
It’s going to tell us to quit. To stop. To not continue. Because it’s trying to keep us safe by staying with what it knows.
But if you keep going. If you don’t give up, you will find you are so safe to grow, heal and move forward.
Your mind will just take a hot minute to catch up.
