I recently was approached by the Journey App to create a program for it's users. With this, I began to use the app myself and have truly loved it over the last fortnight.
The app allows me to journal digitally which I really love. With this, I can also upload photos which will let me see my entries from today in a year (kind of like a 'memory').
My favourite section is the Coach section. In this, there are programs (which is where my own will be) that you can enroll in. When enrolled in a program you're interested in, you will receive a daily prompt to answer. I've been using the app for two weeks now and have found myself feeling more in touch with my imagination and creativity as well as being more relaxed and mindful.
