redefine your relationship to self and to life

Join me in a 12-week container where you will become your mindful self by redefining your relationship to self and to life in the most beautiful and supportive way.

We start on the 19th of July and have 6 fortnightly calls together, with support in a private Facebook group in between calls.

This program is for you if:

  • you're tired of feeling burnt-out, stressed and anxious

  • you want to feel more connected to yourself and to life

  • you have a deep desire to live more mindfully and embrace the present moment more often

  • you feel as though you're carrying around your childhood and it can feel heavy at times

  • part of you believes there has to be more to life and you're ready to find it

But in a more practical sense, by the end of our 12-weeks together, you will:

  • have the tools and knowledge to support your mental health

  • understand your emotions and nervous system more clearly, have the tools to re-regulate yourself and let go of stress, tension or anxiety quickly

  • have the tools and techniques to embrace the present moment, no matter what stage of life you're in

  • find your inner-confidence and begin to truly love the person you are right here, right now

  • begin the beautiful journey of healing your inner-child and having the tools to continue to reparent them

  • cultivate a deep sense of purpose in your life

module 1: the basics 

  • intro to the basics of supporting your mental health

  • learn the first steps on redefining your relationship to self

module 2: nervous system support

  • intro to the nervous system

  • understand the nervous system and why it's important for day-to-day life

  • learn how to self-regulate your emotions (and nervous system)

module 3: mindfulness

  • intro to mindfulness 

  • understand the role of mindfulness and how important it is

  • learn mindfulness techniques that support you, no matter what stage of life you're in

module 4: self-love & self-care

  • intro to self-love & self-care

  • dive into the deepest parts of self-love and self-care (not just the fluffy bubble baths and massages!)

  • learn how to begin loving yourself from the inside out

  • find inner-confidence and let go of the mean-girl/ boy that's living inside of you

module 5: childhood healing

  • intro to inner-child and childhood healing work

  • meet your inner child in a safe and supportive container

  • learn techniques to connect with, reparent and heal your inner child

module 6: relationship to life

  • cultivate a sense of purpose in life

  • understand your values and the role they play

I'm a Counsellor and Coach in Australia and I am a mum to two beautiful little boys.


I've been there - lost, unmotivated, confused, overwhelmed, unhappy and depressed. 

I used to call my life a series of unfortunate events. Abusive relationships. Car crashes. Living alone at 14 years old. Storm damage. Self-harm. Grief. Chronic pain and fatigue. Self-hatred. A traumatic birth. The list feels never-ending but it did end. It ended when I changed the way I lived my life.​

​Maybe you're holding onto self-hatred, unsure of your purpose in the world, lost and everything feels so heavy. Maybe you are constantly comparing yourself to others, wondering 'what if' and dreaming of everything changing and you living on alignment. Whatever it is, there is a better way. 

It can be different. It can be better. You can feel aligned, on purpose and in love with your life too. It doesn't have to be hard any more. If you're here reading this right now, it's for a reason.
